What's more, we focus on building relationships with people and we are here to help you navigate the print buying process and make the most out of your budget when it comes to printing.

Do you print______________?
Generally speaking, if it prints on paper, we can do it!

I want Katon to print my materials, but I don't have my digital files. Can you help?
In many cases, if you have a digital copy of your logo and a previously printed sample we can re-typeset the forms you want us to print. All free of charge when you switch to us. This applies to many simple items like carbonless forms, business cards, letterhead, and envelopes. Please call for details.

What is your turnaround time?
Your printed materials will typically ship 5-7 business days after proof approval depending upon the product, color format, and special finishing.

Do you offer RUSH service?
Every print job is treated with a sense of urgency, but if you need it quicker we will do everything in our power to get it in your hands without sacrificing quality.

Can you create my artwork for me?
Good news. In addition to our printing services, we offer graphic design services as well. Learn more by visiting our graphic design page.

What types of files do you accept?
We accept most digital file formats including: .PDF, .EPS, .TIF, .AI, .PSD, .DOC from programs including Quark Xpress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Publisher.

When taking digital photos for use in print, always have your camera set on the highest resolution possible.
